How to Apply

The admission process is easy with our online application, which simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child(ren)'s application(s). To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, you will be able to log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $120 must be submitted with each application.

In order to complete the application process, please complete the checklist items listed below, including the submission of all supplemental forms.

• Submit completed Online Application and application fee
• Submit the following by uploading the documents in this application or submitting them directly to the school:
  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Baptism Certificate
  • Immunization Records, including immunization dates and health care provider’s signature or stamp
    • All immunizations must be up to date - No exemptions are accepted
  • Previous 2 Years of Report Cards, required for 1st-8th grade applicants only
  • Standardized Test Scores, required for 2nd-8th grade applicants only
  • Teacher's Evaluation form if applying to 1st-8th grades
  • Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results or Individual Education Plan, if applicable
• Schedule an admissions assessment offered once a month - an Admission Team member will reach out to you to schedule
• 6th-8th grade applicants may be contacted for an interview

Incomplete applications, including the additional uploaded documents, will be returned.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
